Coventry City Players Take on Escape Live Coventry Challenges
Coventry City players tested their problem-solving skills at Escape Live Coventry, located at Fargo Village. In just sixty minutes, they tackled challenges like saving the world, burgling a casino, and escaping a prison—all in preparation for Saturday’s match against Bristol Rovers.
Team Building at Escape Live Coventry
The squad split into three teams to face the venue’s toughest escape experiences: Casino Heist [updated: now in Birmingham], Prison Break, and The Bunker.
Armageddon Challenge
Sky Blues players took on a critical mission to prevent the planet’s destruction in The Bunker, the newest escape room at the Coventry location.
Prison Break
First-team players Dom Hyam, Dujon Sterling, Jordy Hiwula, Amadou Bakayoko, and Liam O’Brien joined forces in Prison Break. The team raced against time, escaping with only 5 seconds left.
Casino Heist
Meanwhile, fan favorites Jodi Jones and Tom Bayliss teamed up with Max Biamou, Brandon Mason, Lee Burge, and Jordan Willis to tackle Casino Heist. The group escaped with 27 seconds to spare, with Jones singling out Biamou as the standout performer.
Team Members’ Thoughts
Jones said, “We had a blast in the casino room. It was challenging, but we made it out, even though we didn’t nab all the money. Max was fantastic, and I’m definitely coming back soon to try the other rooms.”
Bayliss echoed his thoughts: “It was a great team-building experience. Everyone really enjoyed it and worked together. We’ll be back again soon, that’s for sure!”
Escape Live Coventry’s Feedback
Alex Sandham from Escape Live Coventry remarked, “The squad performed exceptionally well. We regularly host businesses and sports teams, and the feedback we receive about the team-building benefits is always positive. This is our third time hosting Coventry City, and we look forward to welcoming them again soon.”
