Piper chose the first sign pointing towards the fish market, her little heart hopeful she was on the right track. Before long she arrived at a bustling icy cove, filled with the lively chatter of penguins trading their catches. Stalls overflowing with glistening fish of every kind – silver herrings, plump mackerels, and even the occasional rare Arctic char. Piper’s tummy growled, and she decided she absolutely must pick up a snack. She traded a shiny pebble for a freshly caught sardine, which she devoured on the spot. With her belly full and spirits high, Piper pressed on, leaving the lively market behind.

Piper’s determination grew with each step, and soon the air around her began to feel different… warmer… she knew she still had far to go until she reached her final destination, but she was all the closer to meeting Santa and maybe getting her holiday wish!
